My name is Michele and this is Nasha Yoga, in Slovakian that means Our Yoga. I’m a first generation American and teaching yoga is my joy.
From a vigorous vinyasa practice to a restorative sound bath the medium of yoga and meditation is completely adaptive to you and opening yourself to the new. Listening to our inner voice helps us to be guided by intuition. Join me to listen, relate and practice relaxing.
I’ve been teaching yoga and meditation since 2011. I enjoy working with all people willing to try, because each of us has a unique story to tell and that story is told through our bodies, minds and hearts. There are no wrong stories, no wrong way to meditate or move the body when the intention is for harmony and health.
