Our lives are a constant practice, sometimes out in the open, sometimes in a tender alone space. Our movements, including our mental movements, need time to rest, relax and refocus and find the boundaries. Sometimes our body is at rest (sleep) and other times the body is in motion (work). It’s noticing and shifting body, breath and focus to aligning with our deepest selves and return to ourselves.
My name is Michele. I’ve been moving and dancing since I was very young and then yoga found me. Teaching yoga is my joy.
