Practice Relaxing is a therapeutic approach to health through movement, breath and mindfulness.

Sessions are one-on-one and inclusive to all levels of health and shape including pre and post natal.

Sessions are 1 hour in-home visits. Props are a necessity in this practice and are provided by the yoga therapist.

All you need are comfortable clothes and to drink plenty of water afterwards.

Each session is unique and based upon the level of stress, injury, emotional health and general well being.

Be honest and open to the process. The more your therapist knows the better they can help you.
